I just wanted to hop on here quickly to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! Today, I am very thankful to be spending the day with my wonderful parents. We have the fire going and are watching the sunset over the snow-covered lake.

I hope you all enjoyed your day with family/friends. Getting together with loved ones is definitely my favorite part of the holiday season! Munching on yummy foods/treats is definitely a close second. Today, we enjoyed a big brunch and soon we will treat ourselves to some of our favorite appetizers: shrimp & bruschetta!
