Valentine’s Day Gift Guide {Him & Her} Styled by Sarah

(1)   Jord Watch: A Jord watch is a unique and personalizable gift for both him or her. Since these watches are made of natural wood, they’re different than your average watch. If you haven’t entered yet, be sure to enter my $100 Jord Gift Card Giveaway so that you can gift a Jord watch (to yourself or someone special) this Valentine’s Day. All you have to do is enter your email to enter!

(2)   Pamper her (she deserves it): Bath bomb, lotion, face mask…you name it, you can’t go wrong with some form of pampering. If you have the money, booking a couples massage is always nice too. But, if not, putting together a little basket with a lush bath bomb, a face mask, nail polish, a candle, and a bottle of wine sounds perfect to me! Also, can we talk about the fact that I stumbled upon wine soap while researching for this post…Wine soap, soap made of wine…now that’s awesome!! Here are a few options from Amazon:
Personalized Red Wine and Rose Soap Set and Red Wine and Spices Soap.

(3)   Necklace: I know that getting jewelry for Valentine’s Day isn’t super creative or unique but I mean I would still love to receive it. I lovvve this “Let’s Go Steady” necklace from Kate Spade. I found it on sale on this website and think that it would be a great gift if you’re still in the early stages of a relationship & really looking to impress your gf. I also like the idea of personalizing a bar necklace and putting significant coordinates (first date location, first kiss location, or where you got married) on it.

(4)   Drink Accessories: Nows the time to throw together a cute basket full of someone’s fav champaign & cute flutes, a monogrammed wine glass and their favorite wine, or a cocktail shaker and their favorite mixer! For your favorite guy, a basket with these Balls of Steel that I featured in the collage and his favorite whiskey (mine is Sapling Maple) would also be a great combo. I decided to feature these Balls of Steel, one: because I think they’re goofy & a great convo piece, two: because I really wanted to throw something else on the collage for men, three: because they can be engraved, and four: because they support a great cause. A certain percentage of the proceeds go towards testicular cancer research! Oh yeah, and you get 20% off your first order and they have a really cool gift guide section so check out their website if you’re looking for something for your man.

(5)   Cards: I love the idea of writing cards for Valentine’s Day. I know that ultimately you shouldn’t need to use a holiday as an excuse to send/give someone a card buttt it is a good idea. These cards that I featured in the collage are from Ban.do, one of my latest stationary company obsession. Trader Joes is also one of my other favorite places to buy cards because they’re unique & fun & only a $1! Also, while you’re in Trader Joes, pick up some flowers because they always have such a good selection.

(6)   Tea (or Coffee): It seems like a really simple and easy gift but I think it’s a great option for a tea lover/coffee lover. A canister of the Harney & Sons Fine Teas is really quite a classy gift thanks to their exquisite packaging. It would also be great for the cold February days in the Northeast! Or you could just go with something even more simple such as a Dunkin or Starbucks gift card because I mean who wouldn’t want to receive that?!

(7)   Fun Shirts: Okay, so really these are fun for any occasion! I love to get these for birthdays or other holidays. I love this tee because it has the heart on it (sooo Valentine’s Day) and I think that it would be great for your favorite yogi. I also love this You Had Me At Savasana tee from Amazon, this You Gotta Pizza My Heart shirt, this Drinks Well with Others shirt from Amazon (there’s also one for your favorite guy here), and this I Have Mixed Drinks About Feelings shirt from Amazon.

(8)   Makeup: As long as you know what she likes/prefers for makeup, it’s never a bad idea to gift it! The brand, My Make-Up Brush Set, reached out to me to do a collab (so keep your eyes out for that) and I realized that they have some really cool stuff! I think that one of their mermaid sets or unicorn sets would be a really fun gift. Other cute make up gift ideas for Valentine’s Day include the Bert’s Bee Bee Mine Lip BalmClinique Flower Cheek Pop, and E. L. F. Professional Lip Exfoliator (to make your lips nice and soft for all those Valentine’s Day kisses).

(9)   Candle: In my book, candles are always a good idea (as long as the person you’re gifting it to likes them). I usually buy my candles for under $5 at Marshall’s or Christmas Tree Shop, however, I love the idea of personalized candles. If you’re in a long distance relationship (across state borders) than the state candles are always a great gift option or you can go with the ultimate personalized touch by creating your own Yankee Candle. On Yankeecandle.com you can choose the size, the scent (I’d go with one of the floral scents or the “wedding day” scent for Valentine’s Day), the picture, and personalize the message on the candle for only $5 extra! Also, while randomly searching Amazon I stumbled across this $8 well-packaged candle that’s marketed as a great Valentine’s Day present and I would surely agree!

Well, I hope you enjoyed this post and best of luck preparing for Valentine’s Day. If you have any questions or are looking for more suggestions feel free to reach out to me personally!

XOXO ~
