A little disclaimer: When I decided to start this blog just a few months ago I didn’t picture myself doing so many beauty posts. One reason is because I honestly don’t consider myself an expert or pro when it comes to makeup and beauty products. I know many of you know much more about this stuff than I do. However, I really do enjoy writing about these types of things and from the feedback that I’ve received you girls enjoy hearing about this stuff.
So, today I’m talking about this makeup brush set that I featured on my Instagram Tuesday and today. I had been wanting to try these types of brushes for a very long time now. I’ve struggled for years to find a good brush/applicator that works for me. I have really dry skin and larger pores so finding something that blends well and helps my skin absorb the makeup is something that is very important to me. In the past, I’ve tried blender balls and other brushes. It’s not that I didn’t like what I’ve used in the past but I’m definitely happy that My Makeup Brush Set sent me these amazing brushes. I realize that they’re not probably not commonly used to brush eyebrows, hah, buttt I thought it was a good idea and it works well! I’m also excited to use these brushes to help me contour, sadly I just haven’t really had a reason to contour lately.
